DESIGN OF THE MONTH > NOV 2011 > WINNER: Nancy Dayian
Congrats to Nancy Dayian! She is the winner of the Design of the Month – November, 2011. Nancy transformed an empty condo hallway into an organized storage oasis! She made the most of the space by creating a large wall unit to store folded items, shoes and linens. Brian Davenport installed the system.
The client had recently moved from Philadelphia into the Ritz Carlton Boston Condos. Their new condo was smaller than their previous home and had less storage.
They had seen a wall unit that appealed to them in another unit before they purchased their new home, which they had a picture of, and that provided the inspiration for what became their own wall unit.
The wall unit was designed in 3D Closet CAD – a tool all of the California Closets Designers use with their clients. It allows you to see the system in 3D and change the colors and accessories on the spot!
Client’s Reaction:
“We absolutely love our closets, and we have more storage space than we ever thought possible. We moved from a large home with big closets, and did not know how we would ever fit everything into this small condo. You did it Nancy! We [were able to] fit in everything we needed — you are number one!”
This contemporary design features Aluminum framed doors with frosted glass. The system hardware is a Stainless Steel finish. The wall unit is Lago Bellissima White.
